History tab
The History tab in the Customers screen allows you to view information about a candidate's record and complete various tasks. After you locate a candidate's record, click the History tab to view registration history for the record, such as active or canceled registrations. You can also reschedule exams, cancel exams, and resend confirmation letters in this tab. The following image is an example of the History tab on the Customers screen.

Show |
A drop-down list that allows you to select the type of information to view in the exam history list. For example, you can view a variety of registration information, such as active or canceled registrations and previously taken exams. When displaying candidate history, you can view appointments for exams that were scheduled to be taken at other test centers but you can only view canceled exam appointments that were scheduled to be taken at your test center. Registrations for exams that were scheduled to be taken at other test centers and were then canceled are not listed. However, you can view canceled appointments for other test centers if they are part of the same site group as your test center. Reg ID or Order No. |
Allows you to search for the candidate's record using the candidate's registration ID number. This field is only available (not grayed out) when you select Exam History, Using Reg ID in the Show drop-down list. Reg ID is the default field label, but selecting Exam History, Using Order No in the Show drop-down list changes the name of the Reg ID field to Order No. For more information, see Using the History tab to locate a candidate record. |
Exam history list |
The exam history list appears below the Show and Reg ID fields. Click any item in the list to display detailed information about that registration in the Details area. |
Reschedule |
Click Reschedule to change an exam appointment. For more information, see Rescheduling an exam appointment. |
Cancel Item |
Click Cancel Item to cancel an exam appointment. For more information, see Canceling an exam appointment. |
Edit Order |
Click Edit Order to add a discount to an order that has already been saved. For more information, see Adding a discount to a saved order. |
Accommodations |
Click Accommodations to view accommodations that are associated with the selected registration. For more information, see Viewing accommodations in Registration Manager. |
Details |
This area shows exam information, registration ID number and order number, exam appointment information, payment information, and the state of the registration, such as if the exam has been delivered. Click the button with an ellipsis (3 periods) to display directions to the selected test center. |
Resend Letter |
Resends a copy of the appointment confirmation letter to a candidate. For more information, see Resending letters and other correspondences. |
Order Confirmation |
Click Order Confirmation to view the confirmation letter that the candidate was sent when the exam was scheduled. |
