Viewing accommodations in Registration Manager

You can view details about an accommodation in Registration Manger. You can also view accommodation details in Admissions Manager, see Checking the schedule in Admissions Manager.

Test centers cannot use Registration Manager to add, change, or revoke accommodations for saved registrations. Those tasks can only be done through the call center.

There are two ways in which you can view accommodation details in Registration Manager. Follow one of these methods depending on whether the order is saved.

Before an order is saved:

On the Order screen, select an exam in the Order Items list.

If an automatic accommodation is granted for an appointment, See Accommodations appears next to the candidate’s name on the Order screen in the Item Review area.

See Accommodations does not appear next to the candidate's name unless you select the exam from the Order Items list.

Click Accommodations in the Order screen.

After an order is saved:

You might need to view all accommodations that are associated with an exam in a saved order. For example, a candidate calls asking you to verify that he or she is granted a specific accommodation for an exam. To view accommodation details for a saved order:

Find the candidate's record in Registration Manager.

Click the History tab on the Candidates screen.
Select the exam with the accommodation. If necessary, use the Show drop-down list to find the exam.
Click Accommodations in the History tab.

After you click Accommodations using one of the previous methods, the Accommodations window opens. Information about the registration and candidate appears at the top of the window. Under Requested Accommodations for Current Registration, all granted accommodations (including non-automatic accommodations granted by the call center) for the registration are listed.

To see more information about the accommodation, select the accommodation in the window and click Review. The Review Accommodation window opens and shows details about the accommodation, including who granted it and when it was granted.
