Handling comments and complaints
If a candidate mentions any type of technical problem or complaint about the testing experience, create a case. For more information, see Technical problems and Disturbances in the testing environment. You must also create a case when a candidate complains about the exam content or unprofessional treatment. Assure the candidate that the issue will be directed to the appropriate person and addressed promptly. For more information about specific exam sponsor case requirements, see the exam sponsor’s client reference.
