Complaints about exam content

On rare occasions, candidates question the validity of exam content. Exam content is defined as all or part of questions, response selections, and any other text on exam supplements, handouts, and exhibits; this might include comments about grammatical errors. Candidates who have specific questions about their exams should be referred to the exam sponsor. The exam sponsor’s client reference contains information about how to contact the exam sponsor.

In addition to providing the exam sponsor’s contact information, always create a case and include details about the candidate's complaint. If the candidate has a complaint about a specific exam question, ask for the question (item) number. Include this number in the case also. To protect the security of exam content, do not include any text or description of exam content in the case.
