Install the Logitech camera software and hardware
Before you connect the candidate admissions camera, make sure you have read the Place the admissions equipment topic and have selected a suitable location for the device. Follow this procedure to install the camera drivers on the administration workstation.
In the kit you will find a Logitech HD Webcam C615 or C920 camera.

Sites on Windows 11 can simply plug in the Logitech camera and allow Windows to detect the driver for this device. If your site upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11, you must uninstall the Logitech camera driver. The Windows 10 camera drivers cause issues with how the Logitech camera works with the VTS software. |
