Completing the DIA process  

When completing the DIA process, follow the instructions in Admissions Manager closely. These instructions apply to passports and all IDs that are either horizontally or vertically oriented. Be sure to also check the exam sponsor's client reference for any special DIA policies. If there are no special policies, follow the exam sponsor's usual policies.

To help prevent technical problems during candidate check-in, be sure to test the DIA device at the beginning of the day before candidates arrive.
