DIA technical problems

If the DIA device is not working, it might be because of hardware or software issues on the workstation or a device failure. Technical problems do not include IDs that are excluded, not recognized, or have failed authentication. This section and its sub-sections describes what to do when the DIA device is not working.

To help prevent technical problems during candidate check-in, be sure to test the DIA device at the beginning of the day before candidates arrive. For more information, see Testing the admissions data equipment.
