Backup entry monitoring procedure

The Entry Monitoring pane in Admissions Manager appears only at certain test centers, such as PVTC Selects. Your test center will not see this pane in Admissions Manager if it is not required.

 

Follow these steps if the palm vein device is not working:

  1. Click Check ID in the Entry Monitoring pane.

A warning message appears, asking if you are sure you want to proceed.

  1. Click Yes.

If you click No instead, you return to the candidate list.

  1. Follow the steps in Manually checking ID in Entry Monitoring to verify the candidate's identity.
