Disabling user accounts

You can prevent a user from signing in to any application by disabling the user's account in User Management. A user's account is also disabled automatically after trying to log in three times unsuccessfully. To disable user accounts, you must have the May add and edit (other) users or the May reset passwords and disable accounts role assigned to your account.
