Install the signature device

This section provides the instructions for installing the hardware and software required for running the signature capture device. There are two main steps in the process, and it should take less than 15 minutes to complete all steps.

  1. USB cable attached
  2. Stylus attached
  3. Software downloaded from the Connect portal Resources Support materials application.

Items needed:

  1. One open USB port on administration workstation or in a USB hub
  2. Interlink Electronics ePad signature pad
