Capturing backup photographs at PVTC Selects

For instructions on how to capture a photograph through the backup process, see Backup photograph processes. There are two processes you can follow depending on the reason for the backup photo. One of the processes requires you to use the Test Admissions Equipment application to capture and save the backup photo. You must then contact VSS for help with retrieving the photo.

You cannot retrieve the photo because the VUE applications are in a virtual environment. Thus, it is critical for you to contact VSS after you capture and save the photo. VSS will then retrieve the photo for you so that you can attach it to a case.
