Backup photograph processes

There are two backup photograph processes. Refer to one of the following sections depending on what backup method is required:

If the camera is functioning properly but you are having issues with taking a photograph due to the AWARE photo technology software, see Tips for taking a photograph using AWARE photo technology.

  

(This note is only for PVTC Selects that are set up with Cloud Control Technology.)

When the camera is not working properly, the device may have lost connection. You can check the device connection to troubleshoot the problem. For more information, see Connecting the signature and photograph devices at PVTC Selects in appendix D. If you or VSS are unable to get the camera to work, be sure to follow the steps in one of the sections listed previously to obtain a backup photograph.
