Capturing backup palm vein patterns at PVTC Selects

For instructions on how to capture a candidate’s palm vein patterns through the backup process, see Backup palm vein process. The process requires you to use the Test Admissions Equipment application to capture the palm vein patterns and save the data as a zip file. You must then contact VSS for help with retrieving the zip file.

You cannot retrieve the zip file because the VUE applications are in a virtual environment. Thus, it is critical for you to contact VSS after you capture and save the backup palm vein patterns. VSS will then retrieve the zip file for you so that you can attach it to a case.
