About the DIA server

The VUE Digital ID Authentication Server allows the DIA device to connect to Admissions Manager. It works with Admissions Manager to prompt you with next steps as you complete the DIA process. Most of the time you will not need to work with the DIA server. However, if a DIA error message instructs you to restart the server, you must try to do so before contacting VSS.
