Scheduling exam retakes

Each exam sponsor has its own policy about whether candidates can retake exams and whether a waiting period is required if retakes are allowed. See the exam sponsor's client reference for specific requirements. Most retake policies are automatically enforced by Registration Manager. However, in some cases you may need to check the candidate's exam history yourself to see whether the candidate is permitted to retake an exam.
