Applying VUE credit terms to an order

If your test center has a credit agreement with Pearson VUE, you can use VUE credit terms to pay for a candidate's order in Registration Manager. Under this agreement, Pearson VUE periodically invoices your test center for all orders that were paid using the VUE Credit Terms option. Contact your account manager for further information.

Follow these steps to apply VUE credit terms to an order:

In the Order screen, select VUE Credit Terms from the Payment Type drop-down list.

A window opens, showing the remaining balance of your test center's credit. The credit is now applied to the candidate's exam fee. If there is a remaining balance after you apply the credit terms, the amount appears next to Total Due on the Order screen.

When your test center's credit depletes, a message explains that your test center has insufficient funds to cover the candidate's exam. If this occurs, contact Pearson VUE Americas Finance:

VUE credit terms can be used to pay for orders priced in any currency. If you are making a registration in a currency different from the currency of the credit terms, the amount is converted to the currency of the credit terms before being subtracted from the remaining balance. If the currency cannot be converted, a message informs you to contact VSS.
