Pearson VUE technical support services are available in English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the world. Staff members are available by telephone during business hours and by pager at other times. Installation support is only available Monday - Friday. Support hours vary by region. See the tables below for the support hours in the various regions.

A member of the on-call staff will return your call.

Cases submitted via ServiceDirect will be addressed during the normal business hours for your region.
