Network configuration
It is strongly recommended that all machines with VTS software installed remain in the same domain or workgroup, VLAN and subnet. Network configurations that do not follow this guideline may experience decreased exam delivery performance. You may be asked to make changes to your network configuration to comply with this guideline as part of problem solving.
