DVR and monitor location

The DVR and monitor that are used to view candidates in the exam delivery room should be placed on or near the administration desktop where the test administrator can easily see the screen. Keep in mind that additional cables will be connected to the video monitor from cameras located in the exam delivery room, so allow additional room for cabling.

1. Locate the DVR power cord and plug it into the DVR and the nearest electrical outlet.
2. Locate the Monitor power cord and plug it into the Monitor and the nearest electrical outlet.
3. Connect the Monitor to the DVR using the Monitor cable.
4. Connect the Mouse to a USB port on the DVR.
5. Connect the Keyboard to a USB port on the DVR.
6. The DVR must be connected to the network through an Ethernet cable.
7. Plug the EZWatch Dongle into the EZWatch Pro Capture card on the back of the DVR.
