Support hours

Pearson VUE technical support services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the world. Staff members are available by telephone during business hours and by mobile phone at other times. If you have an urgent technical support issue during non-business hours, please call to speak with our technical support team. You may be prompted to leave a message with your name, company name, phone number (including country code and area code), and a brief description of the problem. A member of the on-call staff will return your call. Non-business hour support should only be used for test delivery issues and software installation. General questions will be handled during normal business hours.

Cases that are created in ServiceDirect or issues that are communicated by email will be addressed during the normal business hours for your region.

 

Japan support hours

In Japan, VSS is available only at the following times:

Weekdays: 9:00-21:00

Weekends: 9:00-18:00

Public holidays: Closed all day
