Restarting the Application Wrapper
The Application Wrapper automates the Pearson VUE Testing System. For more information, see Application Wrapper and Remote Maintenance Agent. Restart the Application Wrapper if there are communication problems between the Remote Maintenance Agent (RMA), Admissions Manager, and the hub system. Doing so will enable you to continue exchanging files and information between Pearson VUE and your test center.
Follow these steps to restart the Application Wrapper:

Double-click the Admin icon on the desktop.
or
Click Start on the Windows taskbar, point to All Programs, Pearson, Cloud Control, and click Admin.

Review and accept the terms in the Cloud Control license agreement if the agreement appears on the screen.
The agreement appears on the screen when it is your first time launching Cloud Control. You are not able to proceed any further unless you accept the agreement.
To accept the agreement, select "I accept the terms in the license agreement," and click OK.

Wait for the connection to complete and the session to start.
The wait may be brief or take a few minutes. The screen displays a window that shows you the progress of both the connection and session.
When the connection is complete and the session starts, the Pearson Admin – Applications window appears in the virtual environment window.

Double-click the VM Wrapper Restart icon.
The Restart Wrapper window appears.

Click Restart Wrapper.
Before clicking Restart Wrapper, ensure RMA, Admissions Manager, and Registration Manager are not running. |

Click Quit after the Restart Wrapper window confirms that the Application Wrapper restart is complete.
