Closing the virtual environment at PVTC Selects

The following sections provide instructions on how to end a session and close the virtual environment.

Administration and proctor workstation

Follow these steps to end the session and close the virtual environment on the administration and proctor workstation:

Close any open VUE application on the screen, such as Admission Manager and Registration Manager.
Complete one of these methods:

Click Exit on the Pearson Admin - Applications window.
Click the Close button at the top right corner of the Pearson Admin - Applications window.
Click Teradici PCoIP Client in the menu bar, and then click Quit Teradici PCoIP Client.

If a message appears asking if you are sure you want to close your Pearson admin session, click Yes.

Delivery workstation

To end the session and close the virtual environment on the delivery workstation, type your username and password in the Delivery Manager login window and click Exit. When Delivery Manager closes, the virtual environment window also closes.

You can also click Teradici PCoIP Client in the menu bar, and then click Quit Teradici PCoIP Client to end the session and close the window. If you do not see the menu bar in the virtual environment, hover your mouse at the top of the screen to display the menu bar.
