Changing the virtual environment view at PVTC Selects

When you start a session on the administration and proctor workstation, the virtual environment is in full-screen view. You cannot access the desktop and any other programs or applications on the workstation when it is in full-screen view. However, you can change the view in order to access the workstation’s desktop and other programs.

Any session started on the delivery workstation is always in full-screen view. Therefore, after you start a session on the delivery workstation, you cannot change the view to access the workstation's desktop or other programs.

Follow these steps to change the virtual environment view after the session starts:

Hover your mouse at the top of the virtual environment window to display the menu bar.

The menu bar is hidden when the window is in full-screen view.

Click View, and then click Exit Fullscreen.

The virtual environment window minimizes, allowing you to access the desktop. If you want to change the view back to full screen, click View again, and then click Show Fullscreen.
