DIA excluded IDs

An excluded ID is an ID presented by a candidate that the DIA device cannot scan for compliance purposes. Regardless of the exam sponsor's policies, do not scan these IDs. They are excluded from the DIA process.

The exam sponsor, however, might still accept excluded IDs for testing even if the DIA process cannot be completed. Check the exam sponsor's client reference to determine what is permitted. For more information about ID policies, see Acceptable forms of ID.
