Resetting your password and enabling your account

You can use the Account Recovery Tool or the Connect portal to reset your password and enable your account. This can be done for any of the Pearson VUE Testing System applications, such as Site Manager, User Management, Admissions Manager, and Registration Manager. The Connect portal also allows you to recover your username if you forget it.

You can also contact a test administrator from your test center with the role to reset passwords. For more information, see Using User Management. If the test administrator is unavailable, contact VSS or Channel Quality for assistance in resetting your password.

The Account Recovery Tool requires answers to your security questions in order to reset your password. If you use the Connect portal to reset your password, it might also require these answers. If you forget the answers to your security questions, contact a test administrator from your test center with the role to reset passwords.
