Ordering supplies from Pearson VUE
Certain test center supplies must be ordered from Pearson VUE and shipped to your site. However, some can be obtained from other places. Many forms and documents that you need are available in the Resources application in the Connect portal. Additionally, free marketing materials for your test center are available on the Pearson VUE website.
You can order some supplies from your local office supplies retailer (for example, Staples or Office Depot). These items include lightbulbs, cleaning supplies, calculators, and other general office supplies.
Test centers receive an initial supply of noteboard pens, but Pearson VUE Authorized Test Centers are required to purchase replacement pens. You need to purchase superfine tip, black, wet-erase whiteboard markers. The pens that Pearson VUE uses are Staedtler Lumo Non-Permanent Color - Superfine, Black. Be sure that the pens you purchase are erasable.
Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center Selects (PVTC Selects) can create a case to order more erasable noteboard pens from Pearson VUE. |
Generally, if your test center needs a replacement admissions camera, digital signature pad, or other device, you must contact VSS. Most Pearson VUE Test Centers are contractually required to purchase new equipment if you need to replace items such as an admissions camera or digital signature pad. Reach out to your Channel Care representative or Client Channel Operations Manager (CCOM) for further assistance on items that may be available for your test center.
You can order some Pearson VUE-specific supplies directly from ServiceDirect without contacting VSS first. These supplies vary depending on your test center type. Refer to the following table to determine which supplies you can order from ServiceDirect:

Tracking orders
The Pearson VUE fulfillment team processes fulfillment cases within two business days. After the team orders the requested items, they will add a comment to the case that has the Service Order Number for tracking your shipment. Your test center will also receive an email about the shipment and how to track it. At this point in the process, the fulfillment team will close the case.
Shipments should arrive within 7-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days for international orders. If a shipment is late and you have not received further instructions, you can email the fulfillment team (TCCF@pearson.com) to request a status update on your order.
