Using the Administrator Override options

You can use the Administrator Override options to stop, resume, or extend an exam as described in this section. You can also put exams in unscheduled break mode as described in Managing unscheduled breaks.

Whenever you stop, resume, restart, or extend an exam, you must create a case as soon as you have finished helping the candidate.
