Selecting a test center

In the Where section of the Exams screen, you can select the test center at which a candidate's exam will be delivered. By default, your test center is selected in the Where section.

Follow these steps to select a different test center:

Click Centers.

If the Centers button is not active, you must select a language in the What section in order to activate it.

In the Find a Center window, enter information in the Search Criteria fields to locate a test center near or at the candidate's desired location. Work with the candidate to obtain this information.

Click Search.

A list of test centers that meet the specified criteria appears.

Select the desired test center from the list, and then click Select.

The name of the test center now appears in the Where section of the Exams screen.

To see additional information about the test center, such as directions to the test center, click the button with an ellipsis (3 periods) in the Where section. The button opens a window displaying details about the test center, such as the one shown in the following image.

You can also click Address in the Find a Center window to obtain similar information about the currently selected test center.
