Opening and closing applications in Connect

You can open Site Manager and User Management through the Connect portal. For more information, see Opening and closing the Connect portal.

If this is your first time signing in to the Connect portal, you need to complete your account setup. Thus, the sign-in process is different initially. For more information, see Opening the Connect portal for the first time.

To close Site Manager or User Management, click Sign Out in the upper-right corner of the screen. A message indicates that the application has been closed.

Both Site Manager and User Management log out if you are inactive for 15 minutes while signed in to the application. A message indicates that your session timed out and any unsaved changes were not saved. Click OK to return to the sign-in page.
