Rebooting the server
In order to run properly, the VTS installer checks for a minimum set of requirements on the server. If components are missing, the VTS installer may place an executable to update or install that component on the server that will launch the next time a user logs in to the server. You will see a message on the administration workstation requesting a reboot when the update or install is complete. Until the server has been rebooted, the component has not been completely installed.

Rebooting the server should be completed by your IT support staff. It should not be performed while Pearson VUE exams are being delivered as doing so could impact users and non-Pearson VUE Testing System applications on your network. |
