Installing and reinstalling software

The installation guide contains complete procedures for the initial installation of your Pearson VUE Testing System. If you experience hardware failure or feel you need to reinstall your testing system software for any reason, you are required to contact VSS for assistance. A Pearson VUE technical support representative will help you perform the reinstallation quickly and efficiently, so that your applications will be up and running as soon as possible and will help you ensure that you do not accidentally delete critical data.
