Installation and system requirements

The Pearson VUE test center software and testing system may be installed in one of two scenarios. Whichever scenario is installed, the hardware and software must meet Pearson VUE's minimum requirements. The installation guide lists the minimum system requirements for installing and running the Pearson VUE Testing System and for operating as a test center. The minimum requirements change periodically based on the needs of our exam sponsors.

PVTC Selects may also be set up with Cloud Control Technology, which is an exam delivery method that utilizes a cloud platform to host the Pearson VUE Testing System applications. For more information, see appendix C. Contact VSS if you need assistance with setting up Cloud Control Technology.
