Resigning a test administrator

You may need to resign a test administrator in the following situations:

A test administrator leaves your test center.
A test administrator begins a certification program with one of the exam sponsors that does not allow certification candidates to proctor their exams.

To ensure security at your test center, use the following steps to resign a test administrator.

Notify Pearson VUE about the resignation by creating a case, selecting these options:

In the case Description field, list the resigning test administrator's name, the reason for the resignation, and the date of the resignation.

If the test administrator is leaving your test center, delete his or her name from User Management. If the employee will continue to make registrations but will not administer or proctor exams, remove the May admit candidates and deliver exams role from the employee's account in User Management.
