Ordering supplies from Pearson VUE
Certain test center supplies must be ordered from Pearson VUE and shipped to your site. However, some can be obtained from other places. Many forms and documents that you need are available in the Resources application in the Connect portal and on the ExamiNet website. For information about accessing materials from these locations, review Chapter 10, Online Reports and Resources.
You can order some supplies from your local office supplies retailer (for example, Staples or Office Depot). These items include lightbulbs, cleaning supplies, and other general office supplies. If you have questions about how to order these materials, contact your regional manager.
Contact VSS if you need to replace a workstation, camera, digital signature pad, or other admissions data device. VSS must review your request to confirm that the equipment cannot be fixed and does not have an existing warranty. If VSS determines that replacement equipment items are needed, VSS will create a case to order them.
You can order some Pearson VUE-specific supplies directly from ServiceDirect without contacting VSS first. These supplies include the following items:
-
Erasable noteboards and booklets

Wet-erase noteboard markers/pens

Tracking orders
The Pearson VUE fulfillment team processes fulfillment cases within two business days. After the team orders the requested items, they will add a comment to the case that has the Service Order Number for tracking your shipment. Your test center will also receive an email about the shipment and how to track it. At this point in the process, the fulfillment team will close the case.
Shipments should arrive within 7-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days for international orders. If a shipment is late and you have not received further instructions, you can email the fulfillment team (TCCF@pearson.com) to request a status update on your order.
In the email, be sure to include the case number, your site ID, the tracking number (if known), and a contact number for your site. Additionally, be sure to copy your regional manager on the email so they can receive status updates on your order.
