Pearson VUE dedicated server room and data closet

1. The Pearson VUE server for GMAT® and other professional exams MUST be installed in a locked room with limited access. It is permissible to have other equipment or items in the room with the server, if the room is locked and not accessible to anyone.

1. Do NOT turn off the exam server unless performing a maintenance reboot, never during testing. We recommend you attach a label to the Exam server box instructing others to always leave it on. See the Labels topic for examples you can print and attach.

1. The server room is not required to be near the admissions area or exam delivery room.
