After the mobile classroom testing event

Listed below are procedures you must follow at the end of the mobile testing event or classroom testing session. If you are running a multi-day mobile testing event, perform the first five procedures at the end of each testing day.

Transfer exam results—With the Pearson VUE Application Wrapper service running, exam results automatically upload to the Pearson VUE database. Occasionally you may need to manually run RMA to ensure that results are sent to Pearson VUE in a timely manner. A daily backup should also be run at this time. (Refer to Chapter 3 in the Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center Policies and Procedures guide, "Backing up the Pearson VUE Testing System" section.)

Verify results upload—To verify the exam results upload, login to the Connect portal (https://connect.pearsonvue.com) and select the IntelliVUE reporting menu. Click the Open application button. Click Site Registrations. Select the Today Exam date range and click Run dossier.

Check that the Delivered column contains a 1 for each exam. If a 1 does not appear in one or more of the boxes, run RMA manually, then re-run the report. If every exam is not delivered, contact Pearson VUE Support Services for assistance.

Retain candidate paperwork—Your site must retain completed log sheets and signed Candidate Rules Agreements for one year. This applies to all exams, including exams delivered at mobile events and in classrooms.

Close applications—Close Registration Manager, Site Manager and Admissions Manager on all workstations running the applications. Log out of Delivery Manager on all exam delivery workstations and turn off each workstation.

Uninstall delivery software and delete workstations (classroom setting)—If you delivered exams in a classroom and classroom testing will not be used again within the next three months, you must do the following:

  1. Uninstall the Test Delivery Suite on each exam delivery workstation. To do this, open the Control Panel on each exam delivery workstation, select Add/Remove Programs and remove the Pearson VUE Testing System and the Pearson VUE Workstation Installer.
  2. Delete the exam delivery workstations. To do this, log in to Site Manager, click the Availability category. Select the Workstations page so that you can see the list of workstations. Select a workstation and click Remove. Repeat this process until only the number of exam delivery workstations used in your fixed testing site is shown. Contact Pearson VUE Support Services if you need assistance.

Uninstall the testing system (mobile site)—When a mobile testing event is completed, you must remove the Pearson VUE Testing System from any workstations that are being left at the site. Uninstall the software from the server, administration, and exam delivery workstations using the Add/Remove Programs utility from the Windows Control Panel.

When deleting testing system software at a mobile site, you are not required to contact Pearson VUE Support Services first. However, we recommend that you do so to ensure that everything is done correctly.
